A woman by the name of Janey Luna is suing Trimspa and Anna Nicole Smith. She took the supplement hoping to loose weight just like Anna but it did not work for her at all and now she is very angry. Monday, Luna filed suit in Los Angeles County Superior Court, alleging the advertising is “false or misleading.”
